INGREDIENTS:
1 to 1½ lbs large shrimp
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning, (smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder,
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt + Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl.
Thread shrimp onto skewers (if using bamboo skewers pre-soak them).
Grill directly over medium-high heat, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve immediately.
